Centre for Early Childhood
Development Centre for Early Childhood Development The
department houses a ‘Centre for Early Childhood
Development’. This centre is a nodal point for various
early childhood related issues. The departmental nursery
school is a part of this centre itself. The nursery
school offers admission to the children in the age group
of 6 months to 6 years; and is also used for research
based activities by the doctoral and post graduate
students of the department. Informal consultancy is
provided to early childhood education professionals. The
centre also has a documentation centre which provides a
platform for sharingresearch database.
