Facilities Available :-

1. Research Lab.

• Department has research facilities in terms of 10 user licensed ORCAD PSpice and Silvaco T- CAD Software
• Circuit Simulation Lab
• Device Simulation Lab
• Digital Signal processing Lab

2. Departmental Library
The Library houses a wide spectrum of National and International Journal/Periodicals in additional to around 6400 text/reference books.

3. Computer Lab.
The department has a computer laboratory equipped with ten computers and one Laser printer. Internet facility is provided in the laboratory for the scholars/students for their research & project work.

4. Multimedia Classroom
The department has multimedia classroom with overhead projector.

5. Industrial Training:
The students of second semester in M. Sc. Electronics have to undergo an industrial training of 4-6 weeks in some reputed national institutes like NITTTR Chandigarh, BBRAITT Jabalpur, BSNL, SCL Mohali, DOEAC etc

6. Achievements of Students
The students of the department have been regularly qualifying NET/JRF/SET and have been pursuing research in the reputed National Institutes as well as in the department itself. Some of the alumini have been absorbed in MNCs, higher & school education departments of the J&K Govt, BSNL, Defence, PSUs etc
