REGISTRATION FEES

For ICA members:

Students : 2000 INR

Faculty : 2500 INR

Industry : 6000 INR

For Non-ICA members:  

Students : 2500 INR

Faculty : 3500 INR

Industry : 7500 INR

Foreign participants: USD 200

Accommodation Charges for Students/Research Scholars (ICA/Non-ICA Mem.) = INR 1500/1800
Accommodation Charges for Faculty (ICA/Non-ICA Mem.): INR 2000/2500

Food Charges: Included in Registration fee [3xBreakfast (Nov 28th-30th), 3xLunch (Nov 28-30th), 2xDinner(Nov 28-29th). Food coupons shall be issued on Nov 28th at 9.30am. Vegetarian meals shall only be served.

Accompanying person(s), if any, INR 3500 shall be charged for food and accommodation. (No Conference material). For Registration after the deadline (i.e. October 10th 2022), a late fee of INR 1000 shall be charged and the registration will finally close on October 25th 2022. Please avoid on-arrival registration. In such case, the delegates shall have to arrange their own accommodation.
