If you need an invitation letter for a visa application, please send your nationality, full name as in
passport and travel dates, together with an address to which we may send a letter of invitation.

For Ph.D/M.Phil students and Post-docs a completed registration form should be accompanied by a letter of reference and ranking from the candidate's professor or supervisor
