Aubid Hussain Parrey, Assistant Professor

Aubid Hussain Parrey is presently working as Senior Assistant Professor at The Business School, University of Jammu. He earned PhD in Organizational Behaviour from The Business School, University of Jammu. His area of interest includes Organizational Behavior, HRM, Entrepreneurship Development, Cross-cultural Management. He has a teaching and research experience of more than 10 years in different universities of J&K UT. He has published research papers in Journals of national and international repute including Global Knowledge, Memory and Communication (Emerald, ABDC-B), Asian Journal of Management Case (Sage, ABDC-C), International Journal of Organization Theory & Behavior (Emerald, Scopus), Kybernetes (Emerald, Scopus). He has been providing consulting services to different organizations. He is an editorial member of many reputed journals in management.

Some of his recent key achievements include Best Research Paper Award presented in ICBIT 2022 organized by MDI Murshidabad, Best Research Paper Award presented in S-team Conference organized by Symbiosis Center for Management and Human Resource Development (2022), Best Research Paper Award presented in National Conference on Sustainable Development Goals organized by University of Delhi (2022), Best Research Paper Award presented in International Conference on Strategic Marketing Initiatives in Emerging Markets organized by The Business School, University of Jammu in collaboration with North American Society for Marketing Education in India (2019).
