Aubid Hussain Parrey is presently working as a Senior Assistant Professor at The Business School, University of Jammu. He is Coordinator, Placement Cell & Policy In-Charge, Intellectual Property Rights Cell, University of Jammu. He earned Ph.D in organisational behaviour from The Business School, University of Jammu. His area of interest includes Behavioural Psychology, HR Dynamics, Innovation, Design Thinking and Entrepreneurship, Policy Research/Qualitative Research. He has a teaching and research experience of more than 12 years at different universities of J&K UT.
He has published research papers in journals of national and international repute, including Employee Relations (ABDC 'A' Category), Global Knowledge, Memory and Communication (ABDC 'B' Category), Business Process Management Journal (ABDC 'B' Category), Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Insights (ABDC 'B' Category), International Journal of Organization Theory & Behaviour (ABDC 'C' Category), etc. He provides consulting services to different organisations like Mission Yuva, J&K Horticulture Department, etc. He is an editorial member and reviewer of many reputed journals in management.
Some of his recent key achievements include Best Research Paper Award presented in ICBIT 2022 organized by MDI Murshidabad, Best Research Paper Award presented in S-team Conference organized by Symbiosis Center for Management and Human Resource Development (2022), Best Research Paper Award presented in National Conference on Sustainable Development Goals organized by University of Delhi (2022), Best Research Paper Award presented in International Conference on Strategic Marketing Initiatives in Emerging Markets organized by The Business School, University of Jammu in collaboration with North American Society for Marketing Education in India (2019).
