Dr. Kuldeep Singh Charak, Professor
Mathematics

Dr. Kuldeep Singh Charak is a Professor of Mathematics with specialization in Complex Analysis. He has held prestigious CSIR fellowships and was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Joensuu, Finland. His research focuses on Nevanlinna value distribution theory and normal families of meromorphic functions of one and several complex variables. He occasionally works on bicomplex analogues of known normality criteria. At the University of Jammu, he has served on the Academic Council, University Syndicate and University Council, and is now - in addition to his work at department of Mathematics - mentoring mathematics courses in a Four Year UG Programme "Design Your Degree" , a flagship programme  of University of Jammu launched in 2023 under NEP 2020.
