Dr. Pallvi Arora, Sr. Assistant Professor

Dr. Pallvi Arora is Sr. Assistant Professor at International Centre for Cross Cultural Research and Human Resource Management (ICccR & HRM), University of Jammu, India. She is a PhD in management with focus on Cultural Intelligence (CQ). Her research interests revolve around cross cultural management, OB, HRD, entrepreneurship and innovation. She has publications with journals of national and international repute. She is the recipient of the AIMS International Outstanding Young Management Teacher Award at IIM Kozikode,
India. She has presented her research at global institutions including University of Oxford, UK, Queen’s University, Belfast, UK, various IIMs and other important institutions in India. She serves as the reviewer for various reputed international journals. She has also served as the Regional Mentor of Change for Atal Tinkering Labs, NITI Ayog, a Govt. of India initiative to promote  innovation and entrepreneurship. She is also an invited speaker at various national and international industry and academic forums.
