Prof. Neetu Andotra is a distinguished  academician and researcher in diverse domains, including law, organizational behavior, marketing  and  management.   She has  a vast teaching and research experience of thirty four years , guided  25 M.Phil &  14 Ph.D. scholars and  completed three research projects. As a  researcher ,she has written 5 books, published more than  102 research papers ,attended  112 national  &  international conferences ,coordinated  48  academic events and  is receiptant  of Gold medal and silver medal at ALCC.  Her research   endeavours are notable in the field of Supply Chain  Management, Financial Inclusion,Rural Development,  Industrial Development,Consumer Behavior, ,Green marketing ,Entrepreneurship, etc.  She has held several positions in the university of Jammu viz.SAP coordinator, HOD Commerce, Convener  BOS in Commerce, Convener Publication Cell, Director ICccR & HRM, Presiding officer JUICCASH, Registrar University of Jammu.
