Dr Jyoti Sharma is an Associate Professor at Department of Commerce, University of Jammu with more than sixteen years of experience in academics. Her research areas of interest include co-creation of value, customer engagement, employee engagement, employee wellbeing etc. She has presented papers in many national and international conferences. She has
received Best Paper Awards in International Conferences in 2012 and 2019 and was adjudged Best Business Academic of the Year Award in All India Commerce Conference 2005. She has more than fifteen papers published in research journals including Vision The Journal of Business Perspective, Asian Journal on Quality, (Emerald). She has participated in many international and national conferences as well as workshops.
