Dr. Harleen Kaur, Assistant Professor

Dr. Harleen Kaur has rich experience of teaching and research in business education.  She has received Gold Medal for University Medal in M.Com from Panjab University. Despite having vast teaching experience, Dr.Harleen is a keen researcher with an interest in exploring contemporary areas of research in HRM and finance. Having done her Ph.D. in extensive comparison of Indian and US MNCs, she has been exploring various areas like Green HRM, Innovation, Financial Literacy and Digital Transformation. She has participated and presented papers in numerous International and National Conferences. She has also acted as co-chair in number of international conferences. Dr.Harleen has been publishing in journals of international &national repute and also a reviewer of papers in conferences.She has also received Best Paper Award in an International Conference. 
She has been actively associated with number of committees of the University and Department as well like Editorial Member of Campus Bytes, Departmental Coordinator of IQAC, CCC Member, Academic Audit, UESDC, Admission committee for Achievement Category, NAAC Tier Committee to name a few.

•    Awarded Best Paper Award in 1st International Conference of Indian Academy of Health Psychology organised by Department of psychology, University of Jammu, Jammu.
•    Gold medallist in M.Com Punjab University, 2006.
•    Held first position in the panel of candidates selected for MBA-HRM on contractual basis in CUJ.
•    Distinction in PGDHRM (considered equivalent to MBA)
•    Certificate of merit awarded by P.U. alumni association, 2005-06.
•    Awarded Principal IM Kapoor, Memorial Prize by P.U., 2005
