Gurjeet Kaur is Professor of Marketing in theP G Department of Commerce, University of Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir. She has more than 23 years of teaching and research experience. She has delivered lectures to Master students, Executives and Doctoral students in various prestigious institutes like XLRI, NIT, IRMA, IIM etc. Her research areas of interest include co-creation of value, women entrepreneurship, mindful consumer behavior, corporate social responsibility, emotional resources, service innovations etc.Her work has appeared in numerous international journals, including Journal of Service Research, Industrial Marketing Management, International Journal of Production Economics, Journal of Small Business Management, International Journal of Operations and Production Management, Decision Sciences, Journal of Innovation and Knowledge, International Journal of Production Research, Journal of Services Marketing, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Service Industries Journal, Journal of Strategic Marketing, International Journal of Retail and Distribution Management, Managing Service Quality, Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics, International Journal of Bank Marketing, and Vikalpa amongst others. Her 2010 article in Marketing Intelligence and Planning was one of the highly commended articles of the year. She is a recipient of Prof. Manubhai M. Shah Memorial Award for Excellence in Commerce and Business Management (MMSMA) in 2017, instituted by Indian Commerce Association.
