Dr. Hema Gandotra is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Sociology, University of Jammu. She has more than 22 years of teaching experience and more than 18 years of research experience. Presently she is also the NSS, Programme Co-ordinator, University of Jammu. She has completed two projects and is working on a project funded by University of Jammu under TDRS. She has published papers in many journals and books and has attended national and international conferences.
