Dr. Sandeep Dubey (Pen name Sandeep Sufi ) ws born on 25th of May 1981 in Ramnagar tehsil of district Udhampur, Jammu & Kashmir. He compleled his graduation in Arts stream in the year 2003 from Govt. Degree College Udhampur and post  graduation in Dogri from University of Jammu. He was awarded M.Phil. & Ph.d in Dogri by Jammu Universiy. presently he is working as Assistant Professor in P.G Department of Dogri , University of Jammu. He developed a taste in writing Dogri  poetry from his early college days. where he got best potery recitation award  in Display Your Talent Competition from University of Jammu in the year 2002. From this , a journey as a poet starts and finally came into a form of book named MUSTAKBIL an anthology of Dogri poems which has been awarded by Sahitya Akademi Yuva Purskar in 2015. Besides he has written another book titled  Dinoo Bhai Pant Di Kavita Di Bhasha- Sanrachna.  He has presented more than 15 research papers in various national and state level seminars and also participated in various kavigoshties organsied by Sahitya Akademi, New Delhi, Dogri Sanstha Jammu, Academy of Art, Culture and Languages, Jammu etc.
