Dr. Saloni Devi is having more the thirteen years of experience in teaching and research.Her area of specilization is HRM &OB. She has published many research papers,conference papers and book chapters in highly reputed and indexed books/ journals.She has presented papers in international conferences organized by esteemed organisations like IIM. Ahmedabad, IIM Rohtak, IIM Bodhgaya,IIM Jammu,MDI etc. She  has aslo performed duties as  editorial board member of "B"category journal and Project Director of ICSSR funded collaborative research project,2023.
