Ph.D: Dr. Isha Sharma has doctoral degree inManagement Subject. Her doctoral work was on: Knowledge Creation and its Transfer-A Diagnosis into Industry-Academia Interfaces in Select Indian Academic Institutions of India.

MBA: Dr. Isha Sharma has done her Masters in Business Administration with dual specialization in Human Resource Management & Marketing from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra and was recipient of University Scholarship for academic excellence.

Dr. Isha Sharma has also an alumni of IIM-Ahmedabad as she has attended Faculty Development Programme at IIM-A in the Year 2021.

Dr. Isha Sharma was also selected as one of the Mentors from UT of J &K, for Vernacular Innovation Programme organised by NITI AAYOG, Govt. of India in collaboration with Indian Institute of Technology-Delhi for the Year 2023.
